Relax in the mountain resort town of Hakone, experience the bustling city of Nagoya, and enjoy the beautiful coastline in Toba.
Immerse yourself in culture at Ise, the site of a very important Shinto shrine. Experience Kyoto’s 1,200 years of history. Enjoy Todaiji Temple and the Great Buddha in Nara and experience tranquility in Takayama.
Take a step back in history in Shirakawa before strolling through the garden of Kenrokuen and admiring ceramics in Kutaniyaki, Kanazawa.

Itinerary

*Departure from Tokyo
Day1 : Tokyo Tokyo
  Upon arrival at Narita Airport, JTB staff will meet you at the custom’s exit and assist you in boarding a reserved taxi to transfer to your accommodation.
  Accommodation in Tokyo for 4 nights.
Day 2: Tokyo Tokyo
AM Tokyo Morning city tour, visiting Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Shopping Arcade. This tour will disband at either Akihabara or Tokyo Station. (The tour guide will give you directions on how to return to your hotel. Transportation costs are not included.) Afternoon free.
Day 3: Tokyo - Kamakura - Tokyo Tokyo LUNCH
AM Board a local train for Hase via Kamakura.
From the station walk to the Great Buddha and Hasedera Temple. After a Japanese lunch continue to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Komachi Shopping Street.
Today’s tour disbands on arrival at Tokyo Station.

Day 4: Tokyo - Nikko - Tokyo Tokyo LUNCH
AM Full day excursion to Nikko by coach. Visit Toshogu Shrine, Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Waterfall. Lunch included. Today's tour disbands on arrival in Shinjuku or Ginza.

Day 5: Tokyo - Mt Fuji - Hakone Hakone LUNCH
AM Travel by deluxe coach halfway up Japan's highest mountain, Mt Fuji, to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 metres. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch. In the afternoon, proceed to Hakone Ropeway, visit Owakudani Valley and then a ride on a pirate ship on Lake Ashi.
  Arrive in Hakone-machi between 5-6 p.m.
Evening Overnight at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en.
Day 6: Hakone - Nagoya NagoyaLUNCH
AM Depart your Hotel to Odawara Station by bus.
Board the Bullet train(Kodama) to Nagoya.
  Enjoy a Buffet-style lunch, before visiting the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology and Nagoya Castle.
  Overnight in Nagoya.
Day 7: Nagoya - Toba - Ise - Kyoto Kyoto LUNCH
AM From Nagoya Station and board a limited express train to Ujiyamada. Visit Ise Jingu Shrine, Okage Yokocho, Mikimoto Pearl Island, before a Japanese lunch.
  In the afternoon visit Ama (Women Diver) Huts and continue to Kyoto by limited express train.
Evening Accommodation in Kyoto for 3 nights.
Day 8: Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto Kyoto LUNCH
AM Morning sightseeing of Kyoto, visiting Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle and Kyoto Imperial Palace.
Lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Centre.
  In the afternoon travel to Nara, visiting Todaiji Temple housing Great Buddha, Nara Park where many tame deer are freely roaming, colourful Kasuga Shrine, with 3,000 lanterns, and
Nara Nagomikan
before returning to Kyoto.
Day 9: Kyoto Kyoto
  Full day free to explore Kyoto.
Day 10: Kyoto - Hiroshima - Kyoto Kyoto
AM At Kyoto Station board the Shinkansen (Nozomi) to Hiroshima. Then continue to Miyajimaguchi by train. Visit Miyajima Island / Itsukushima Shrine . Return to Hiroshima and visit the Peace Memorial Park/A-Bomb Dome.
Board a Nozomi Shinkansen between 6 and 7pm for your trip back to Kyoto. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.
Day 11: Kyoto - Takayama Takayama
AM This morning board the Shinkansen for Nagoya, and transfer to a limited-express train for Takayama, an ancient, tranquil city called "Little Kyoto".
In the afternoon, stroll through Takayama, visiting Yatai Kaikan Hall, where colourfully decorated traditional festival floats are displayed, Kusakabe Folk craft Museum, formerly the residence of powerful merchants under government patronage, and the streets of Kami Sannomachi, which preserve traditional Japanese wooden houses.
  Overnight in Takayama
Day 12: Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa Kanazawa
  Visit the Morning Market of Takayama before your tour to Shirakawago By coach, visiting Lake Miboro (drive past ) Former Toyama Family Residence and Shirakawago/ Gassho-zukuri Experience Japanese paper making in Gokayama. Arrive in Kanazawa between 5:30 and 6:30.
  Overnight in Kanazawa.

Day 13: Kanazawa - Kyoto
Kyoto
09:00 In the morning visit the stunning Kenrokuen Gardens, one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan. Watch artisans at work at the Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln before you soak up the atmosphere at Higashi-chaya-machi. A district established in the 16th century as one of the great nightspots of Kanazawa.
  In the afternoon, return to Kyoto by limited-express train.
Evening Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Kyoto for the last night of the tour.
Overnight in Kyoto.
Day 14: Kyoto - Kansai Airport  
  Free until departure.
  JTB staff will meet you at the hotel and assist you in boarding a mini van to Kansai Airport. You will be advised of today’s departure time.

Day 13: Kanazawa - Tokyo

09:00 In the morning visit the stunning Kenrokuen Gardens, one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan. Watch artisans at work at the Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln before you soak up the atmosphere at Higashi-chaya-machi. A district established in the 16th century as one of the great nightspots of Kanazawa.
  The tour winds up by taking a Limited Express train to Nagoya and then catching a Shinkansen to Tokyo.
Evening Drop-off service to Hotel in Tokyo .(Nominated Hotel only)
Day 14: Tokyo - Narita Airport  
  Free until departure.
  You will be advised of todays’ departure time. A Taxi driver will meet you at the hotel for your transfer to Narita Airport.

Your baggage will be transported by land from Hakone to Kyoto with allowance of one piece per person on Day 6. For the overnight stay in Nagoya, Takayama and Kanazawa, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you. For extra baggage, JPY2,200 will be charged per piece.
Round Trip Course
Your baggage will be transported by land from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 6 and Kyoto to Tokyo on Day 11 with allowance of one piece per person. For the overnight stay in Nagoya, Takayama and Kanazawa, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you. For extra baggage, JPY2,200 will be charged per piece.
