Tokyo Morning city tour, visiting Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Shopping Arcade. Full day excursion to Nikko by coach and train.
Visiting Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Japanese-style lunch. Irohazaka (Zig Zag Mountain road), Lake Chuzenji, Kegon Waterfall.
Tour disbands on arrival at Shinjuku or Ginza between 7 and 8pm.

| Day 4: Tokyo - Mt Fuji - Hakone |

Travel by deluxe coach halfway up Japan's highest mountain, Mt Fuji, to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 metres. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch. In the afternoon, proceed to Hakone Ropeway, visit Owakudani Valley and then a ride on a pirate ship on Lake Ashi.
Arrive in Hakone-machi between 5-6 p.m. |

Travel from your Hotel to Odawara Station by bus and board the Bullet train (Kodama) to Nagoya. Take a train (limited-express Hida) to Takayama.
In the afternoon take a walking tour of Takayama. Visit Yatai Kaikan Hall, Kusakabe Folkcraft Museum, Kami Sannomachi street. |

Visit the Morning Market of Takayama before your tour to Shirakawago By coach, visiting Lake Miboro (drive past ) Former Toyama Family Residence, Shirakawago/Gassho-zukuri, Experience Japanese paper making in Gokayama.
Arrive in Kanazawa between 5:30 and 6:30.
