On this day trip to Nikko, one of Japan’s most beautiful regions, visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine, dedicated to the first shogun of the Tokugawa era and famous for its carving of the “hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil” monkeys.

 Board a train at Hamamatsucho Station for Hase Station. Upon arrival walk to Hase Kannon Temple and the Great Buddha. Enjoy a Japanese style lunch at a local restaurant. Next visit Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Komachi Shopping Street. Walk back to Kamakura Station for your train back to Tokyo.
